BHH Named Non-Profit of the Year

Team BHH won the 2019 Community Recognition Award for Non-Profit of the Year in Douglas County. Program Manager and Past President Barbara Slade said, “It is an honor and pleasure to be a part of something so special, to have an opportunity to work with such compassion, loving, fun, caring, intelligent, hard-working people, who have “Changed Lives, and Healed Hearts”. I am elevated in your presence. Please give yourself a big hug, you know I will when I see you next. Many, many, thanks to you all. Needless to say we need to give lots of extra treats to our beloved equine companions and master teachers to show them our appreciation.”
